Return Conditions

Conditions have been aligned with Lithuanian Republic law established in 2001.06.29 by the minister of economy – Nr. 217 Rules of exchange & return of the purchased goods.

If you wish to return goods due to our fault (received wrong or damaged item), please call us on +370 67019888 or send us an email (found in contact page) and we will make sure to arrange a replacement or a refund if you may wish for it. In such case – courier costs would be covered by us ( BigZ Fit).

Without any specific reason goods can be returned in their original packaging and labelling within 10 days of the received item. Item should be handed in or posted to the below address:

We will issue the refund within 10 days of the returned item and the courier costs will have to be covered by you (the buyer).
